At 10.30 Andrew Radford, owner of the Atrium and Cafe Blue, was just finishing off his meal when in walked celebrity chef and owner of The Rock in Leith, John Mackay. No sooner had he sat down than in strolled James Thomson, owner of The Tower and The Witchery With the city's three top chefs at the tables, Lazio's has clearly pulled off the art of selling coals to Newcastle! |
